VIVIWARE Cell Rotator（以降、Rotator Cell）を接続すると表示されるサポートモジュールです。
目盛りの数を蓄積できます。
時計回り・反時計回りに動かした目盛の数を-100～100の制限を超えて蓄積します。
また、Min（最小値）とMax（最大値）を指定することで、その範囲内での数値の蓄積もできます。
